Psychiatric Clinic Inpatient Care, Högland Hospital Eksjö

The psychiatric clinic currently consists of merged wards, but the goal is to reopen two separate units. We are now looking for nurses who want to help develop future psychiatric care. Join us on this exciting journey!

The Role of the Nurse

As a nurse, your responsibilities include:

  • Leading all steps of the nursing process together with the ward team, in collaboration with the patient and their relatives
  • Coordinating care plans in collaboration with doctors and the rest of the team
  • Actively working on improvement projects to develop care

The positions are permanent with a 100% scope offered, but there is flexibility for other preferences. Start date is by agreement. Work schedules include days, evenings, and two out of five weekends. Preferred schedules are applied.

At the psychiatric clinic in Höglandet, we are approximately 190 employees working in referral and assessment units, emergency care, inpatient care with two care wards, and outpatient clinics in Eksjö, Nässjö, Tranås, and Vetlanda.

The clinic's resources are distributed so that we take into account both the clinic perspective and county-wide psychiatric care processes. We participate in the development and implementation of joint care programs and psychiatric care processes in the region.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Experience in the profession and psychiatry is seen as meritorious but not a requirement.
