Qualifications

• We would like you to have a background in system development, requirements, or testing.
• Worked on projects within embedded systems or similar.
• Drive medium to large complex projects using agile methods.
• Maintain open communication between different stakeholders.
• Plan and ensure the team's deliveries for ongoing releases.
• Drive and develop agile methods in the team within daily stand-ups, retrospectives, demos, sprint planning, etc.
• Develop your team with coaching leadership.
• Coordinate complex deliveries and ensure planning, follow-up on effects, and project goals.
• 10 years of experience from the relevant industry.

As a person, you are:

• Have a coaching approach.
• A good communicator and presenter.
• Driving and take initiative but also lift up others.
• Enjoy complex challenges.
• Can create a good bridge between technology and business.
• A pronounced team player.
