Operator with CNC Experience

Our operations are seasonal, and we are now entering a period of higher demand. Therefore, we are strengthening our team ahead of the season and looking for additional colleagues who wish to temporarily support our team during this intensive period.

About the Role

As an operator in the machining department, you will work with various products – primarily aluminum profiles – using our controlled machines and saws. The role involves responsibility for daily machining operations and ensuring that production maintains the correct quality standards. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Operating and monitoring controlled machines in the machining department
• Adjusting existing programs
• Changing tools, saw blades, clamps, and other equipment
• Measuring, reading drawings, and checking that details meet requirements
• Quality control and continuous follow-up in production
• Other production tasks as needed by the business

The work is varied and offers you the opportunity to develop both your technical skills and your understanding of the entire machining process.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have the following knowledge and skills:

• Experience working with CNC, preferably with aluminum profiles
• Ability to adjust existing programs and change tools, saw blades, clamps, etc.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of measurement and reading technical drawings
• Quality-conscious, meticulous, and responsible
