We are looking for cleaning staff for home cleaning in Helsingborg
We are currently looking for new colleagues to join our team in Helsingborg. We call ourselves Service Assistants, as our mission is to help our customers clean and tidy their homes so they can have time to do other things. As a Service Assistant, you play an important role, both in our team and for our customers. You work independently at customers' homes providing cleaning services such as vacuuming, dusting, and mopping. You work both with businesses and in private homes, always with the same attention to detail and that little extra touch, showing that you are a professional with engagement and pride in your work.
As a service assistant, you work in private homes and businesses with:
- Vacuuming and dusting
- Mopping floors and cleaning surfaces
- End-of-tenancy cleaning
- Finishing touches and giving the customer that little extra
… and more, which you will learn here with us.
We are looking for you
… who has a strong sense of quality and a drive to make the customer happy and satisfied. Being punctual and thorough is obvious to you. You are engaged and positive, and just like us, you believe that cleaning is a craft that is best done by professionals. You enjoy working independently, but are also a team player as you sometimes work together with others in the team.
Collective agreement and fair terms — of course
HomeMaid is a driving force that has elevated and built up cleaning services into a professional industry with fair terms, reasonable salaries, and collective agreements. We work with an internal school, HomeMaid Academy, so that all our employees can develop in their professional roles, and we have several different career opportunities within the company. Many of our colleagues have been employed with us for a long time and started as Service Assistants to move on to roles such as Team Leader, Area Manager, and District Manager. We believe we are at our best when we work together and build our workplace with the vision – better together.
To fit into this role with us, we want you to…
- Understand and speak basic Swedish or English
- Have a driver's license and access to your own car
- Be able to work flexible hours between 7 AM and 5 PM
We will be especially happy if you:
- Have previously worked in home cleaning or similar services.
Location: Helsingborg
Employment: 50-75% with a 6-month probation period
Start date: Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis
Salary: According to collective agreement
We look forward to receiving your application!
