The factory in Upplands Väsby is looking for new motivated employees to become part of their family. For this position, we are looking for a strong and driven operator. The role starts initially as a line leader, where your primary focus is on quickly getting familiar with and learning the factory's production lines and work processes. In the long run, there are good opportunities for the right person to develop further.

Responsibilities

Your tasks will include:

• Operation, monitoring, and continuous work on the production lines.
• Quickly learning and optimizing the factory's work processes and flows.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the highest possible efficiency on the line.
• Taking significant responsibility for your station and, in the long run, preparing yourself to coordinate the work.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is responsible, has a holistic overview, and is motivated by taking on new tasks. Since the role can lead to more responsibility in the long run, it is important that you have natural leadership potential or a strong interest in developing in that direction.

To be suitable for this position, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Experience: You have previous experience working in production.
• Personal qualities: You are meticulous, have a strong drive, and good ability to collaborate with others.
• Technology & Systems: You are computer literate and feel completely comfortable working in various digital systems.
• Education/Experience: Completed upper secondary education, or alternatively, at least 1 year of work experience.
• Language: You can communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Driver's License: Category B driver's license and access to your own car.
• Working Hours: You have the possibility to work all types of shifts, including permanent night shifts.
