TKF Fastighetsservice is a company that currently manages over 1,100 apartments and commercial spaces spread across Småland. We are now looking for a Property Technician (Fastighetsskötare) for a property portfolio in Sävsjö and Vetlanda, consisting of approximately 170 apartments and several commercial units.

We are looking for someone who wants a job with varied tasks and has the ability to drive work forward independently.

You should be a positive, service-oriented, and self-motivated person. You should also be a handy problem solver who is practical, proactive, and responsible.

Previous experience in the property technician role or experience from other trades related to construction or real estate is considered an advantage.

The position involves property maintenance, including tasks such as:

Addressing reported defects
Ongoing interior and exterior maintenance
Groundskeeping, such as mowing grass and trimming hedges, etc.
