Operator for Painting Process in Säffle

Uniflex is now seeking an operator for the painting process at one of our clients in central Säffle. Here you will be offered a varied role in a stable operation with three days off each week and good opportunities to eventually be employed directly by the client.

About the position

As an operator, you work in production with a focus on monitoring and handling the painting process. The tasks are varied, and you will become an important part of the daily workflow in the business.

The duties may include among other things:

• Monitoring machines and equipment in the painting process
• Sorting and storing materials
• Packaging and wrapping
• Cleaning and simple maintenance work

Working hours: Daytime Monday–Thursday 06:00–16:30

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is responsible, meticulous, and has a positive attitude towards work. You thrive in practical work and appreciate collaborating in a small team where everyone helps each other in daily tasks.

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Are self-motivated and engaged
• Have good teamwork skills
• Are communicative and flexible
• Master Swedish in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience from industrial production
• Knowledge in wood, painting, or mechanics
• Forklift license A and B as well as experience driving counterbalance forklifts
