We are now looking for an engaged medical foot care therapist for the Near Care Area, Northern Health Centres, with a placement at Lindesberg Health Centre.

Job Responsibilities

Here you will have meaningful and independent work where you are responsible for your own clinic. You will receive patients from all six health centres in the north and become an important part of the care for patients with diabetes. Your work is varied and includes:

• Medical foot care and treatment
• Preventive measures
• Counseling and education for patients, relatives, and healthcare staff

You work closely with diabetes nurses, doctors, and other professionals, and also have valuable exchanges with foot care therapists throughout the region.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is trained as a medical foot care therapist
• Has a background as a nursing assistant or nurse
• Has experience working with diabetic patients (preferred)

As a person, you are confident in your professional role, engaged, and flexible. You thrive working both independently and in a team, and have a good ability to build trusting relationships. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

About the Position

Permanent full-time position. The position is part of a county assignment, which means you will serve at Hällefors Health Centre on certain days.
