This staffing assignment is a collaboration between Manpower and our client in Töreboda. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site at the client's premises.

Hours: Full-time, day shift

About the role of Production Worker

You will work with wood processing, crane operation, and other important production tasks for our client. This is a technically challenging and varied job where you will work with machine monitoring, board cutting, and various stages of the manufacturing process. Together with skilled and experienced colleagues, you ensure that production runs efficiently. The job is both physical and fast-paced, perfect for you who thrive in a dynamic and eventful work environment within the wood industry.

If you are in good shape, very handy, and can use common handheld power tools, this position may suit you. It is important that you are helpful, unpretentious, and motivated by the opportunity to develop, learn new things, and do a really good job. You also need to be engaged, responsible, and proactive.

Personality is very important to us here. We are looking for someone who is hardworking, alert, and driven. You are a person who enjoys working together with your colleagues and quickly sees what needs to be done. Furthermore, we would appreciate if you have previous experience within the industry.

Requirements for the position

• Completed upper secondary education (high school diploma)
• Very good Swedish skills in speech and writing
• Category B driver's license and access to a car
• Practical mindset and technical interest
