As a Shift Leader, you are responsible for leading the team in daily operations and ensuring that our logistics flows function efficiently, safely, and according to routine. You are present in the operations, manage staffing, quality, and working environment, and ensure that each shift delivers as planned.

This is a role for you who is confident in leading others, familiar with logistics environments, and enjoys combining operational work with clear leadership.

What does the job entail?

• Lead and distribute daily work within the team
• Ensure that unloading, sorting, and internal transport take place according to routines
• Monitor quality, safety, and working environment
• Report deviations and improvement needs to the site manager
• Optimize staffing and resource usage during the shift

Who are we looking for?

• Have documented experience leading others in an operational environment (shift leader, team leader, foreman, or similar)
• Have experience in logistics and warehouse work (terminal, container unloading, picking, forklift, inbound delivery, or similar)
• Are confident in making decisions and creating structure
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Have high work ethic, sense of responsibility, and ability to maintain pace
• Enjoy a role where you both lead and work practically together with the team
