Airport Technician and Cargo Terminal Worker (Temporary Night Shift)

Job Description

We are currently looking for you who want to work extra hours in our air cargo operation. Your main tasks will consist of loading and unloading air cargo, as well as some vehicle driving, such as operating a forklift. In the cargo terminal, the work primarily involves loading and unloading goods into containers. This role is ideal for you who are studying or have another main occupation and wish to work part-time in an exciting environment, where Jönköping Airport has developed into one of Sweden's most important cargo hubs.

About You

We are looking for someone who is flexible, stress-resistant, and detail-oriented. You should be a team player but also capable of taking the initiative.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Ability to provide certificates/evidence of employment covering the last 5 years
• Forklift license A+B

Merits

• Driver's license and access to a car, or the ability to commute to the airport at irregular times

Scope

Hourly employment. Working hours are primarily Monday to Thursday, 22:00–02:00, with immediate start.

As a temporary worker, you are expected to be available for at least 2–4 shifts per month.

Other working hours may occur as we are governed by airline schedules.

Terms of employment are governed by collective agreements.
