We are now recruiting a well-established and skilled Site Manager within civil engineering in Stockholm, for one of our most prestigious clients.

Marbit AB is one of Stockholm's leading players within civil engineering, infrastructure, and construction. We continue to grow and are now looking for a Site Manager to meet our clients' needs. Our assignments are primarily directed towards cities & municipalities, private property owners and managers, homeowner associations, housing cooperatives, foundations, and more.

About the Role
Leading, planning, and managing daily production in civil engineering contracts of varying complexity. The Site Manager is responsible for adhering to established frameworks regarding economy, quality, and delivery time. The work involves resource planning, which also entails operational personnel responsibility and involvement in recruitment processes.

The role requires that you are well-versed in AMA/MER/RA standards, contract law, and commercial law, as well as having good knowledge of:

• Leadership
• Technical Competence
• Knowledge of AMA/MER/RA Civil Engineering
• Knowledge of Contract Law
• Management and Quality Systems
• Business Systems – Byggsamordnaren
• BAS U and preferably BAS P
• Traffic Arrangements
• Calculation Programs – MAP
• Order and Safety Regulations

Your Profile
You have experience from leading positions in the civil engineering industry, with all the associated responsibilities for personnel, budget, and economy. You communicate in a trustworthy manner and are a skilled negotiator. You are accustomed to leading personnel in a large flow of projects and civil engineering contracts.

We would prefer that you have several years of experience in a leading position within contracting activities, as well as good knowledge of economics, cost estimation, and contract law. If you are a person who enjoys planning, achieving set goals, and succeeding in your projects through collaboration with employees, suppliers, and customers, and are used to handling multiple contracts simultaneously, you will both fit in and succeed with us.
