Nova Bygg is a Stockholm-based construction company specializing in custom-made interior fittings, kitchens, and renovations. We are currently looking for 1–2 carpenters with experience in these areas.

You have at least five years of experience in the trade and thrive when working with details. The role is varied and often involves taking responsibility for your own projects. In some cases, you work independently, while other projects are carried out together with colleagues. There are always clear guidelines describing how the work should be performed. The workplace varies between client sites and our workshop in Orminge, Saltsjö-Boo.

You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, as good communication is crucial when interacting with both customers and colleagues. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is meticulous, cooperative, and has a sharp eye for detail. You are also service-oriented and approach colleagues, customers, and assignments with humility. In your daily work, you prioritize quality above all else.
