Kalendebolet is a thriving farm in an idyllic countryside setting, approximately 15 minutes north of Halmstad. The apple cider mill at Kalendebolet was established in 2020 in simple forms and has expanded every year, with new ideas and business lines being established over time. The core remains a Cider Mill where private individuals are given the opportunity between August and November to supply their apples and receive a fine result back in the form of apple cider. What has developed over the years are the business relationships; today we have resellers throughout Halland, Västra Götaland, and other regions—cafés, restaurants, and shops selling our apple cider. Parallel to this, we operate a camping/pitch area that is active during the summer season.

I am Harald, the CEO of Kalendebolet Cider Mill; I am passionate about sustainable solutions, entrepreneurship, and, of course, apple cider! In the company, you will also find Clara – Sales & Marketing Manager, Rebecka – Production Manager, and Anna – Production Staff. You have likely met us at markets or in the mill.

What does the role involve?

Kalendebolet is now looking for an independent and energetic person who, in particular, wants to be part of the Mill's production, from apple to fantastic apple cider – but also much more. You will also sell, maintain customer relationships, and deliver to our business customers. The role will involve close collaboration with colleagues, as well as independent work.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a wonderful, cheerful, and independent person who is not afraid to get their hands dirty. We seek personal drive and entrepreneurship, and the attitude should be a willingness to learn and take initiative for what needs to be done. You don't need to know everything from the start, but the drive to want to learn must be there. As a person, you are orderly, secure, and positive, and have the ability to manage many parallel processes simultaneously. It is also an advantage if you are a creative salesperson who helps us continue our journey to become Halland's obvious choice. The work is primarily about production and therefore requires good physical fitness.

It is an advantage if you have experience running a café, working in food production or similar, and have experience running your own business.

The Season

The apple season is between August 15 – November 15. During this time, the position is set at approximately 75–100%. However, we will offer work prior to this, starting summer 2026, where you need to be available to learn the craft from the ground up, deliveries to our customers, and similar tasks. There will also be opportunities for additional work after the season, as we participate in various Christmas markets where you, together with us, will sell our products.

Employment Type

You will be employed by the company, with the possibility of continued work during the low season for the rest of the year. Hourly wage.
