This role is for you if you always keep a close eye on the situation, take responsibility, and drive projects forward together with your customers and colleagues. You are confident in technical installations and assembly - but what really makes the difference is how you work around the actual installation. You plan, coordinate, and solve problems before they become problems. When something unexpected happens on site, you are the person who stays calm, finds the solution, communicates with the customer, and gets everyone working towards the same goal.

As an Installation Manager, you play a key role in our commercial kitchen operations, working closely with sales, customers, and other partners to ensure high-quality installations and a truly excellent customer experience.

You work practically with the installation and assembly of commercial kitchen equipment, while simultaneously driving and coordinating the project with structure, energy, and an analytical eye.

In more detail, you will:

• Plan and carry out installations and assembly of commercial kitchen equipment

• Be responsible for workforce leadership and personnel management for our installation team, which currently consists of a senior technician and plays a vital role in our continued development

• Ensure that site conditions are suitable before installation begins

• Conduct site visits and risk assessments prior to major installations

• Coordinate work between the customer, sales team, and any subcontractors

• Solve practical and technical challenges at the customer's site in a professional and solution-oriented manner

• Ensure that installations are carried out according to manufacturer guidelines and current regulations

• Actively work with workplace environment and safety according to Bas-U/Bas-P standards

• Be responsible for documentation, protocols, and invoicing materials

• Contribute technical expertise and support to our stations across the country during more complex installations

…have a technical installation background and feel confident working on site. You have likely worked within commercial kitchens, elevators, trains, or similar installation environments with complex systems, where you have combined technology and problem-solving with project coordination.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in technical installation and assembly of commercial kitchen equipment or similar industries

• Has practical experience with Bas-U/Bas-P and understands the workplace environment responsibility on site

• Has held a leading role in projects and is confident in coordinating internal and external parties

• Thrives in a role with many contact points where you create good dialogues and relationships through clear, professional communication

• Has a good risk and safety mindset

• Is structured and comfortable with documentation and digital working methods

• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish, and has good knowledge of English

• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)

The role is based at our headquarters in Sollentuna and involves travel within Sweden as needed, primarily day trips but occasionally overnight stays.
