What you will be working with

At the moment, we are looking for assemblers for our client in Växjö. Our client, one of Växjö's most appreciated employers in the manufacturing industry, will soon need more skilled assemblers. Here you will find a workplace where well-being, development opportunities, and a strong team spirit are at the center.

You will assemble ventilation units from scratch, both standard and custom-made models. Reading blueprints, tool handling, and attention to detail are part of everyday life. The job is physical, so you enjoy moving around and working with your hands.

The working hours at the company are morning shift or evening shift; please specify in your application which would suit you best.

Who do we think you are?

We believe you have experience in assembly or a practical education. Perhaps you are a carpenter, have worked in another practical trade – or just love tinkering with cars and engines in your free time? Regardless of background, you are an independent team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

You have the opportunity to commute to the workplace in Växjö without worry and master Swedish in speech and writing.
