Do you want to work for a growing construction company with exciting projects in the Stockholm area? We are now looking for an experienced Contracting Engineer with strong competence in procurement and project management for our operations on the southern side of Stockholm.

About the role

In the role of Contracting Engineer, you will work closely with project management and production, taking significant responsibility for procurement, costing, contracts, and financial follow-up. You will be a key part of projects from start to finish, ensuring that purchases and deliveries maintain high quality, correct costs, and adhere to the schedule.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the procurement of materials, subcontractors, and services
• Negotiation and drafting of contracts
• Participate in project planning and financial follow-up
• Manage supplier contacts and create long-term collaborations
• Support site managers and project management in administrative and financial matters
• Follow up on costs, forecasts, and budgets
• Participate in tenders and costing work

We are looking for you who

• Have at least 5+ years of experience as a Contracting Engineer in construction
• Have extensive experience in procurement and tendering
• Are accustomed to working closely with production and project management
• Have a good understanding of contract law and construction processes
• Are structured, business-minded, and solution-oriented
• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing
