At the moment, TopWork is seeking CNC operators for an expanding industrial company near Markaryd, characterized by strong order intake and optimism for the future. It is important that you are available to work all shifts, as shift work is required.

About the Role

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and quality controlling CNC-controlled machines. Depending on the department, this may involve milling, turning, or other machining of metal components. Our client works with modern technology and efficient production flows, providing you with a developing and stimulating workday.

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience with CNC machines, preferably in milling and/or turning
• Can read and interpret technical drawings
• Are meticulous, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented
• Enjoy working in a team and thrive in a production environment
• Have relevant education or work experience in the field
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B) and have access to a car

Additional qualifications are a plus:

• Experience with CNC programming
• Experience working with Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Siemens control systems
• Valid forklift and/or overhead crane certificates
