Job Description

At Posti Logistics Staffing, we are currently looking for a skilled welder for a project with one of our clients in the manufacturing industry. The assignment starts as a staffing solution through us, with very good opportunities for future direct employment with the client. In this role, you will work on the manufacturing of customized products, where quality and precision are in focus. The tasks include welding, primarily MIG/MAG, but also TIG, as well as welding of thick plates and pipes based on technical drawings.

Requirements

• Experience with MIG/MAG (TIG is meritorious)
• Good knowledge of reading technical drawings
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good physical condition

Meritorious qualifications

• Forklift license A and B
• Experience with Monitor or similar business systems
• Welding licenses
• Crane/Traverse license
• Lift training
• Fall protection training

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have experience with welding in MIG/MAG/TIG and are confident in reading and working according to drawings. You are a person who takes responsibility for your work, has a structured approach, and thrives in a role that combines independent work with teamwork. You have a genuine technical interest and a background in the industry, either through work experience or relevant education.
