Maintenance Mechanic Wanted for Client – Combine Technology and Production

We are currently looking for a maintenance mechanic for one of our clients in the manufacturing industry. Here you will have a varied role where you work with both maintenance and production in a company characterized by collaboration, responsibility, and development.

About the Role

In the role of maintenance mechanic, you are responsible for the daily operations of the production and have the authority to stop production if necessary. Your focus is on ensuring safe and efficient production processes in accordance with the company's policies, laws, and standards.

You work to prevent, rectify, and optimize the maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operation of production
• Perform maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
• Ensure that production complies with current safety requirements and procedures
• Contribute to improvement work and process efficiency

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a technical education, preferably in production technology or mechanical engineering
• Has a technical interest and experience in industrial production
• Is flexible and can adapt to varying working hours
• Is solution-oriented, responsible, and self-initiating
• Thrives in a role where teamwork is important – you put the team before yourself

As a person, you are curious, practical, and quick to take initiative. You will receive a good introduction and support from an experienced colleague to help you settle into the role.
