At Småländska Bil, you will become an important part of our aftermarket team, working closely with both customers, technicians, and service advisors. The role involves a varied daily routine with responsibility for spare parts, accessories, and tires for both Mercedes-Benz and Kia. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to smooth operations and ensure our customers receive the best possible service.

Responsibilities

In the role of spare parts specialist, you are responsible for servicing both customers and colleagues with spare parts. The work is varied and includes both customer contact and practical tasks at our spare parts warehouse.

Your main responsibilities:

• Handle orders for spare parts and accessories
• Service customers over the counter, by phone, and via email
• Pick parts
• Receive, unpack, and store incoming goods
• Conduct inventory and maintain order and structure in the warehouse
• Contribute to a safe, structured, and pleasant working environment

We are looking for you who

Is service-oriented, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team. You have positive drive, enjoy customer contact, and are not afraid to jump in where needed.

We would prefer that you have:

• Good computer skills
• Interest in cars and the automotive industry
• A good sense of order and structure
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Experience in customer service, warehouse work, or spare parts management is an advantage.
