At Schnell Recruitment AB, we are currently looking for an experienced carpenter to serve as the right hand to the site manager – in a team where professional pride, order, and a positive atmosphere are the standard.

About the role

This is a role for someone who can do more than just "build." You will become a key part of the overall process – ensuring the right materials are on site, keeping track of the details, maintaining contact with suppliers, and ensuring the work flows smoothly.

You are a self-sufficient craftsman with the ability to complement, relieve, and coordinate. You work closely with the site manager and project management, especially on smaller projects where you often function as a working foreman.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a carpentry trade certificate and a solid background in the industry
• Is self-sufficient, orderly, and confident in your profession
• Has a Category B driver's license
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• Has good social skills and thrives in collaboration
• Is accustomed to contacting suppliers, following up on orders, and taking responsibility for site logistics
• Has valid certificates (e.g., Hot Work) – or is ready to obtain them quickly
