Are you someone who enjoys practical work, is ready to get your hands dirty when needed, and can maintain a high pace without compromising on accuracy? Then this might be the perfect role for you.

We are currently looking for several loaders for a large construction project in Borås. Here, you will become an important part of the daily workflow on-site and help keep the project moving.

In this role, you will be responsible for loading and transporting construction materials as well as waste management at the construction site. This is a physically demanding job where you, together with the team, ensure that materials are delivered to the correct locations and that the work area remains organized and safe.

Examples of tasks:

• Loading and transporting construction materials such as security doors, plasterboard sections, and windows.
• Handling and sorting construction waste.
• Moving and managing waste containers.
• Construction cleaning and maintaining order on-site.
• Coordination with waste contractors.
• Supporting logistics at the construction site.

Heavy lifting occurs daily, and some materials can weigh 45 kg or more. Equipment such as pallet jacks is available on-site.

You are someone who enjoys practical work and is not afraid to jump in when needed. You are detail-oriented, responsible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. At the same time, you collaborate well with others and contribute to a positive atmosphere on the work site.

We also look for someone who:

• Is physically strong and comfortable with heavy lifting.
• Is solution-oriented and stress-resistant.
• Can work at least three days a week and be available for shifts of at least 4 hours.

Other Information

Working Hours & Setup

• Weekdays between 09:00–18:00.
• Minimum 4-hour shifts.
• Weekly scheduling.
• Salary 172.5 SEK/hour + vacation pay.

The position involves physical work with daily heavy lifting, so you must be comfortable working practically and at a fast pace. To work on the project, a security clearance check is conducted before start-up. As part of the recruitment process, a criminal record check is also performed.

The assignment is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by PerformIQ and hired out to the client company.
