We are looking for an engaged and responsible employee for a small property in eastern Malmö, near ICA Maxi Toftanäs. The property is rented out via Airbnb and Booking.com, and we are looking for someone who wants to contribute to a well-maintained environment and a positive experience for our guests.

The location has good transport connections with a bus stop nearby and bus services around the clock.

About the position

The position starts as part-time (50%) with the possibility of developing into a full-time position for the right person.

Responsibilities

You will have a variety of tasks, including:

• Making beds and preparing the accommodation for new guests
• Cleaning and tidying up the accommodation
• Washing and handling textiles
• Ironing
• Vacuuming and general maintenance
• Mowing the lawn
• Garden and outdoor maintenance
• Receiving and welcoming guests
• Providing good guest service and assisting guests as needed
• Contributing to creating and maintaining a positive and pleasant atmosphere

We are looking for someone who

• Is service-oriented and enjoys meeting people
• Can work independently and take responsibility
• Has a positive attitude and good teamwork skills
• Is flexible and can handle a variety of tasks
• Previous experience in cleaning, hotels, property management, or customer service is an advantage but not a requirement
