We are now looking for an Operational Logistics Coordinator for our client – an established food producer in Malmö. Here, you will be the hub connecting production, warehousing, transport, and administration, with the responsibility of creating structure and efficient workflows.

About the role

You are responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly from production to delivery. You ensure that planning is followed, materials are in the right place, and communication between production, the warehouse, and drivers runs smoothly. The role combines operational work, including forklift driving and goods handling, with coordination, follow-up, and improvement work – including the development of digital processes and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on production orders
• Ensure production follows the schedule
• Coordinate between production, warehouse, and transport
• Communicate with drivers and internal functions
• Forklift driving and handling of finished goods
• Labeling, storage, and material preparation
• Contribute to the improvement of workflows, routines, and digital methods

We are looking for someone who has

• Driver's license (Category B) and access to a car
• Forklift license and experience in warehousing/logistics or production
• Good computer skills and interest in digital development
• Good proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)

More about the position

The position is full-time. The work is scheduled in two shifts, Monday–Saturday (5 working days/week).
