The Child and Education Administration in Vimmerby Municipality is responsible for all pedagogical activities, from preschool to university level, and is also responsible for Swedish for Immigrants (SFI) and societal orientation for newly arrived refugees. WORK TASKS

As a leisure center teacher, you, together with your colleagues, are responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the pedagogical work at your workplace. You are well-versed in the leisure center curriculum and accustomed to working with current goals and quality standards within the leisure center's operations. You are a good role model and follow the norms and values specified in the curriculum, contributing to carrying out and fulfilling the leisure center's mission with high quality. Your task is to promote each student's learning and development, as well as to create the best conditions for students, guardians, and colleagues to thrive and feel safe in the school and leisure center's operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a certified leisure center teacher or alternatively a trained leisure pedagogue. We would like you to have experience in similar work within leisure centers.

As a person, we see that you are secure, stable, and positive. You are calm and receptive in your approach, which contributes to you creating good and trusting relationships with both students and adults. You find it easy to collaborate with others and work to create an open and non-hierarchical collaboration climate where new thinking is encouraged and where everyone takes joint responsibility for achieving set goals.

You have a creative flair and are happy to contribute thoughts and ideas that you also put into practice to develop both daily work and the operations as a whole. In this work, you are also careful to create participation and engagement among both colleagues and students, and you encourage others to dare to take initiative, thereby helping those around you grow and develop. Furthermore, we see that you are a communicatively skilled person with the ability to convey information in a clear but also pedagogical way, adapting communication based on the recipient's needs and the prevailing situation.
