About the position

We are looking for an engaged and service-oriented remediation technician who wants to contribute to safe, clean, and well-functioning environments for our customers. In this role, you combine remediation work with simpler tasks within property maintenance, providing a varied and developing workday.

You will work both independently and in teams, with assignments ranging from emergency interventions to planned maintenance and upkeep.

Your main responsibilities

• Perform remediation work, for example, regarding fire, water, and mold damage as well as asbestos remediation
• Cleaning, demolition, and restoration measures
• Handling equipment and materials related to remediation efforts
• Simpler tasks within property maintenance, such as:
  • Supervision and maintenance of properties
  • Minor repairs and maintenance
  • Reporting defects and taking action
  • Maintenance of common areas
• Documentation of completed work
• Customer contact and on-site service

Your profile

We are looking for you who are practical, responsible, and enjoy varied work. You are a team player who can also take personal responsibility and make decisions when needed.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in remediation, construction, or property maintenance (meritorious)
• Category B driver's license (required)
• Good physical condition as the work can be physically demanding
• Ability to work in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• Good command of Swedish in speech and writing

It is meritorious if you have training in remediation or property maintenance, but your attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
