Responsibilities
As an Operations Technician, you are responsible for supervision, maintenance, and technical follow-up of the building's installations. You work both preventively and remedially and play a key role in ensuring optimal operation, energy efficiency, and a good indoor climate. Your main responsibilities include:
- Performing supervision, maintenance, and technical control of building technical installations such as electricity, ventilation, heating, cooling, sprinklers, and control systems.
- Performing and following up on corrective maintenance and analyzing the impact on operations, energy, and indoor climate.
- Working with and optimizing technical systems to improve the building's performance.
- Ensuring that operations and maintenance meet regulatory requirements, local requirements, and CBRE's requirements for quality, safety, and sustainability.
- Participating in troubleshooting and corrective actions during operational disruptions.
- Documenting actions and working according to established routines and processes.
- Representing CBRE towards the client and handling supplier contacts.
We are looking for someone who
- Has good knowledge of building technology and technical installations.
- Has good knowledge of how technical systems work and how they are used to optimize building performance.
- Has a 3-year upper secondary vocational education with a vocational diploma or vocational eligibility, as well as documented work experience in the role.
- Has a good understanding of supervision and maintenance measures and how corrective maintenance affects the building's operations, energy, and indoor climate.
- Is computer literate and has experience with operation or maintenance systems.
- Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Hold a valid B-driver's license.
It is an advantage if you have
