Do you want to work in a technical role where quality, precision, and planning are the focus? We are now looking for a manual welder with a strong emphasis on TIG – is that you?

About the role:

In the role of welder, you will primarily work with TIG welding, although MIG welding is also used. You will mainly work with black steel, where great importance is placed on finish and precision, as there is a lot of fine welding involved in the work.

You will become part of a company that values structure, planning, and technical interest – here you are expected to stay ahead and have a good overview of your work. The assignment is long-term, with the vision that you will transition to the client after a certain period of employment through us.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in manual welding, primarily TIG (MIG is a plus)
• Is precise and quality-conscious, with an eye for finish
• Thrives in an environment where order and cleanliness are important
• Has good planning skills and can work based on schedules
• Is technically inclined and enjoys finding smart solutions
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing

Requirements:

• Forklift license A1–4 and B1–4
• Category B driver's license and access to a car
• Swedish language skills (to understand instructions and work safely)

Merits:

• Welding licenses (not a requirement, but a significant plus)
