We are in an exciting phase where we are rebuilding our warehouse department and creating a modern, efficient, and sustainable logistics operation. As part of our continued logistics development, we are establishing a stable and reliable material supply for our factories.
We are now looking for forklift drivers who want to be involved from the start and contribute to efficient flows, high quality, and strong teamwork.

About the role
As a forklift driver, you play a key role in the daily operations of the warehouse. You work operationally with goods receiving, warehousing, and dispatch, actively contributing to ensuring our flows run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Forklift operation
- Material supply
- Goods receiving
- Inbound and outbound deliveries
- Picking, packing, and internal handling of goods
- Ensuring order, structure, and a good working environment
- Participating in improvement work regarding methods and routines

We are looking for someone who is responsible, meticulous, and comfortable in warehouse and logistics environments. You have a practical approach to work, take ownership of your tasks, and see collaboration as a natural part of everyday life.

- Have experience in warehouse work, forklift driving, or similar tasks
- Are meticulous, flexible, and solution-oriented
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
- Feel comfortable with change and new working methods
Qualifications:
- Forklift license
- Experience in warehouse and logistics work or similar tasks
- Good understanding of safety, quality, and efficient working methods within warehouse operations
Merits:
- Experience with business systems, e.g., XA
- Experience with start-up projects, change management, or work in development-oriented environments
