About the role

In the role of fiber splicer, you will work on various customer projects, primarily in the Småland highlands. You will become an important part of the team and work with the installation and quality assurance of fiber solutions.

The staffing assignment may, for the right person, lead to direct employment with the client after six months. Employment is with Montico. Collective agreement: The Installation Agreement.

Job Description

Your main tasks will include:

Fiber splicing
Cable pulling
Fiber measurement (OTDR and dB)
Minor blowing of property networks

The work requires precision, responsibility, and a quality mindset in every step.
