Johnson Controls is now seeking a Sub-project Manager for their facility in Norrköping! Johnson Controls is a market leader in refrigeration equipment. As a Sub-project Manager, you will deliver top-class service and products to customers around the world.

In this role, you will be part of the aftermarket team, which consists of ten people. In this role, you will work on service projects for cruise shipping lines that operate cruise ships. The shipping lines purchase service, maintenance, and parts for their refrigeration systems, and as the Sub-project Manager, you will be responsible for these service cases together with technicians who travel to the ships to perform the sold service and maintenance. The role involves multiple points of contact, requiring you to enjoy being communicative and coordinating between different parties, both internally and externally. The role will also involve administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sub-projects within service
• Work closely with sales, service technicians, and the technical department to ensure project success
• Economic responsibility for the project. You will be responsible for costs, follow a preliminary budget, and handle customer invoicing
• Administrative tasks such as documentation and supporting the finance department at month-end are included in the role

We are looking for someone who

• Has good spoken and written skills in English and Swedish. This is required as customer collaboration takes place in English while internal meetings are held in Swedish
• Has a post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Has economic awareness

It is an advantage if you have

• An engineering degree in a relevant field or previous project management experience
• Previous experience in heavy industry or large refrigeration systems
• Previous responsibility for economic follow-up and customer invoicing
