Sales Manager – Delicatessen

We are looking for a creative and driven Sales Manager for our delicatessen department!

In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that the delicatessen counter is well-stocked and inspiring every day. You will actively work with seasonal offerings, campaigns, orders, and follow-up on key performance indicators such as shrinkage, margin, and sales.

You will work closely with the in-house production team, where cooking, catering, and meat cutting are a natural part of the daily routine, while simultaneously maintaining full oversight of your department.

Previous experience in retail/delicatessen is advantageous but not a requirement.
