BeGone is growing and we are now looking for an experienced and service-oriented pest control technician to strengthen our team. You will become an important part of the work in preventing and combating pest problems for both private individuals and corporate customers. In this role, the main focus is on servicing contractual customers, but also other customer groups and case types, which requires good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.

Job Responsibilities – Pest Control Technician with Focus on Customer Service and Contracted Visits

• Experience in handling customers with existing contracts.

• Inspection and investigation of pest infestations (rats, mice, insects, birds, etc.).

• Planning and executing control measures in accordance with current laws and guidelines.

• Installation and maintenance of traps and other deployed protection measures.

• Documentation of interventions, preparation of reports, and customer advice.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective preventive strategies and reliable routines.

Qualifications – Requirements and Merits for Pest Control Technician

• Experience in handling customers with multiple units.

• Valid professional certificate 1SO, preferably other training and licenses such as fall protection and working at heights.

• Relevant education in pest control, environment, or similar. Experience can compensate for formal education.

• Experience in field work and control methods, as well as good knowledge of biological and chemical pesticides.

• Category B driver's license for manual transmission and good driving skills are required.

• Swedish in speech and writing is required as the business handles legal requirements; English is an advantage.

• Problem-solving, detail-oriented, and service-focused with the ability to work independently.
