In this key role, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and monitoring transport operations within our container and crane activities. You will work closely with drivers, customers, and colleagues, ensuring that resources are used efficiently with a focus on quality, safety, and excellent service.

This role involves significant responsibility and suits you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy making decisions, and have the ability to create structure even when conditions change rapidly. Your base of operations will be Torsvik, Jönköping.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and monitor daily traffic within container and crane operations.
• Receive and handle orders via phone, email, and business systems.
• Distribute work orders and ensure tasks are executed correctly and on time.
• Maintain ongoing contact with drivers and customers.
• Lead and distribute work within the team and provide support in daily operations.
• Scheduling, resource planning, and follow-up.
• Ensure work is performed according to routines, quality, and safety requirements.
• Handle deviations, complaints, and improvement work.
• Verify, price, and follow up on completed assignments.

Qualifications:

• Experience in transport management, logistics, or a similar role.
• Experience in personnel leadership.
• Good computer skills and system understanding.
• Very good Swedish in both speech and writing. Good knowledge of English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience from container, crane, or contracting operations.
• Knowledge of workplace safety, tachographs, or ADR regulations.
