We are now looking for dedicated employees for Motorstadion Skövde – a facility where experiences, motorsport, and service are at the center.

As a go-kart host, you are a key part of the customer experience – from the initial welcome to the last lap on the track. You guide groups, conduct safety briefings, and ensure everyone has a safe and fun experience.

The work is varied and suits you if you like being active, taking responsibility, and working closely with people.

• Receive customers and handle bookings/payments
• Conduct safety briefings and guide groups
• Monitor track driving and act as a flag marshal
• Ensure safe and secure driving conditions
• Coach and look after groups throughout the entire experience
• Care for simple maintenance and supervision of go-karts
• Keep the facility clean, tidy, and welcoming

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys varied workdays
• Is social and comfortable speaking in front of groups
• Has a strong sense of service and a positive attitude
• Is solution-oriented and self-motivated
• Enjoys working in a team and contributing to a good atmosphere
• Fluent in Swedish and preferably English
• Is available to work evenings and weekends

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• Valid B-driver's license

📍 Location: Skövde 🗓 Period: Primarily weeks 25–33 (summer), plus extra shifts before and after 🕒 Working hours: Daytime, evenings, and weekends
