Uni Vent is looking for an independent working foreman. You will work independently and supervise on-site activities within our contracts. As a working foreman, your responsibilities include ventilation installation, communication with contractors and clients, participation in construction meetings, planning and coordination with project managers, problem-solving, managing variations and additional works (ÄTA), and acting as the central point of contact to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

We are looking for someone with solid experience as a ventilation technician, combined with the knowledge and desire to lead teams forward. You should be responsible, engaged, and solution-oriented. Proficiency in computers is required as we use a digital project management system.

Requirements: Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing, and a valid Class B driver's license.

Uni Vent provides ventilation services in Stockholm County and surrounding areas. We have years of industry experience and are growing. We carry out work through contracts, facility adaptations, and for our framework agreement clients.
