FA-Tec is a company with a long tradition and solid experience, but we constantly strive to become even better. To achieve this, we need competent employees who are curious and engaged.

FA-Tec is a complete production partner, working successfully as a subcontractor for leading engineering industries. We are a modern industrial company with a strong forward-looking spirit. Our corporate culture is characterized by fair treatment, lack of hierarchy, and engagement. In total, we are a great team of 85 employees working with qualified welding, machining, and assembly for customers with high demands.

FA-Tec is part of Empower Group AB, which also includes the companies Interconsult Sverige AB and TS Industrilackering AB.

We offer

At FA-Tec, you will have the opportunity to work with qualified robotic welding in an organization where we collaborate and constantly seek development. We manufacture interesting products for customers with high requirements.

We weld both black and white materials. Today, we program via OCTOPUZ offline robot software as well as directly in Motoman software.

We work with low-volume production, so setup and fine-tuning are a natural part of our robotic welding process. A significant portion of our products undergo non-destructive testing of the welds after welding.

We put our hearts into everything we do. Surrounding ourselves with fantastic, competent employees is a key reason why we go to work every day. We are simply better together! Here you have the opportunity to develop further internally over a long period. We continuously invest in new technology and have an aggressive investment budget ahead.

We are looking for

We are looking for you who currently work with robotic welding. You understand manual welding, you are technically curious, and you want to be part of driving our journey towards increased automation of complex products. You are driven by doing a good job and want to do it together with us.

Requirements

  • You have experience working independently with robotic welding.
  • Reading drawings and metrology are second nature to you.

Merits

  • Experience working with production technical issues regarding fixturing and fine-tuning of new articles prior to robotic welding.
  • Experience with manual welding and its fundamentals.
  • Competence in offline programming of robot cells, OCTOPUZ, or equivalent.
  • Experience working in Motoman/Yaskawa robot cells.
  • Experience working with ISO 3834/1090 standards.

Application

We look forward to your application!

If you have any questions or concerns, you are warmly welcome to contact Marie Gharavi at phone number: +46 346-73 12 99 or via email: [email protected]
