Lövstjärnan Fabriks AB is a company in strong development with production at its core. We have invested in a completely new machine park with the latest technology and continue to grow. We are now looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our operations.

About the role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform ongoing service as well as preventive and corrective maintenance in our production. You ensure that our machines operate optimally and contribute to smooth production without disruptions. The role also involves participating in the development of our work methods regarding TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and improving productivity over time.

You work closely with production, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues, contributing to a stable and efficient workflow in daily operations.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with experience in maintenance work within industry or similar fields. You have a good technical understanding and enjoy practical work with machines and equipment. Experience with TPM or structured improvement work is a plus.

You are solution-oriented, responsible, and thrive in a role where you can influence and make an impact.
