We manage over 1,800 rental apartments and 2,000 commercial units in the greater Stockholm area.

We are looking for an experienced tiler/plumber to join our team. We perform renovations of apartments and premises according to the needs of our customers and property owners.

We are seeking a skilled, meticulous, and loyal tiler who is knowledgeable about wet rooms and their regulations. Knowledge of carpentry and painting is also a plus.

We are looking for someone who likes to take responsibility and is self-motivated. You should be social and have a good attitude towards your colleagues and customers.

We prefer that you have good references for tiling work and experience working with different waterproofing systems in wet areas.

If you have carpentry and painting skills, it is an advantage. You are hardworking, can work both independently and in a team, and are flexible and loyal.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in the property or construction industry.
• Self-sufficient in slope screeding, waterproofing work, and tiling.
• Knowledge of painting, carpentry, and general construction.
• Good social skills, loyal, meticulous, and punctual.

Merits:

• Driver's license.
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Experience with other tasks within the construction industry.

We offer a full-time position with a 6-month probation period, followed by a permanent contract.
