Job Description

We are looking for a new school nurse for a pleasant primary school in Borås. The position is full-time (100%) starting August 10, 2026.

You will receive a thorough introduction to your new role and will be part of our medical organization, with support and supervision from our Medical Operations Manager and other resources. All our school nurses receive paid membership in the National Organization of School Nurses.

Your Background

You are a registered nurse with further education in primary healthcare, healthcare for children and adolescents, or school health services.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. We believe you identify with several of the following traits:

• Experienced in planning and structuring your work
• Proactive and action-oriented
• Social with a desire to work together in interdisciplinary teams
• Solution-oriented
• Strong interest in the development of children and adolescents
• Strong interest and curiosity regarding preventive school health services

Previous documented experience working as a school nurse is highly valued.
