What will your workdays look like?

We are currently looking for an employee for production in Hyltebruk. This is an exciting role for you who enjoys practical work in a creative environment. In this role, you will work in workshop production with the manufacturing and processing of sheet metal and metal. You will become an important part of a team where quality and precision are in focus, but you are also expected to work independently and take responsibility for delivering according to set goals and deadlines. Other workshop tasks may also occur in daily work, making the job varied and developmental. You work in a bright and well-organized workshop where we value order, safety, and a good working environment.

Who are you?

We believe you have a few years of experience working in a workshop or production and feel comfortable working in a practical environment. You have a good technical understanding and enjoy working practically with your hands. If you also have experience with reading drawings, forklift license, and crane training, it is meritorious but not a requirement. Most importantly, you are meticulous, responsible, and have the desire to learn and develop together with the team.

We see that you have

• A willingness to work and not afraid to learn new things
• Experience with reading drawings
• Previous experience from the workshop industry
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Forklift license A+B and documented experience, meritorious.
• Crane training is meritorious

Working hours: Daytime, Monday-Friday 7-16.

Scope: Full-time employment

Start date: By agreement
