Your role at Höglands Logistics

As a Traffic Manager, you will become a central part of the operations, working right in the heart of the daily flow. The role involves planning and managing traffic for both long-distance and local transport, supporting drivers in their daily work, and ensuring that customers receive the service and quality they expect. In addition, you plan, coordinate, and organize freight transport in an efficient and cost-conscious manner. You work closely with customers, drivers, and partners to create a smooth transport flow and find solutions in daily work.

This is a role for you who likes when days go fast, who thrives on responsibility, and who is motivated by solving problems and getting things done. You will become an important part of the operation where communication, structure, and problem-solving are in focus.

You will mainly work with:

• Planning and management of daily traffic 
• Ongoing contact with drivers, customers, and partners 
• Prioritization and real-time problem solving 
• Transport administration and documentation 
• Purchase and sale of freight to create efficient and profitable flows 
• Contributing to smart working methods and high service throughout the entire transport chain

• Experience from transport, logistics, or other coordinating activities

• Drive, sense of responsibility, and the will to get things done
