Within the Chains & Bars business unit, we manufacture high-precision chains and guide bars used by professionals around the world. Our maintenance team consists of 18 colleagues who together support our two factories and keep a large and varied fleet of machinery running efficiently and safely.

The role is practical, varied, and built on close collaboration with your colleagues – perfect for you who enjoy technical problem-solving, development, and working close to production. You report to Group Manager, Linda Melvold.

About the role:

As a Maintenance Technician, you work with both acute troubleshooting and long-term preventive maintenance, giving you a broad technical scope and a varied workday. You become part of a tight-knit team where helping each other and sharing knowledge is second nature. Operators, engineers, and external partners are close by – here we collaborate closely to find solutions together.

The role also offers great opportunities for development within mechanics, electrical systems, and automation. We believe in giving our technicians room to take responsibility, deepen their expertise, and influence how we work.

Who you are:

We are looking for you who thrive in an environment where teamwork is central to everyday life. You enjoy having people around you and communicate easily with different roles in production. You see the value in clear documentation – not as a chore, but as a vital part of creating structure, safety, and traceability in maintenance work.

You have a positive, solution-oriented attitude and contribute to professional and respectful collaboration.

Your experience:

• Upper secondary education in electrical engineering or automation – or equivalent experience
• Experience in industrial maintenance
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Swedish is not a requirement at the start, but a willingness to learn is important
• Experience with Maximo is an asset, but not a requirement

Location:

This position is located in Huskvarna, where working hours are 06:30–15:00, with some flexibility. Currently, night or weekend work is not required.
