We are a growing construction company with approximately 45 employees working on renovations for private individuals throughout Greater Stockholm. Our projects range from bathroom and kitchen renovations to complete renovations of apartments and houses.

We are now looking for an engaged and experienced Project Manager who wants to become part of our team.

About the Role

As a Project Manager here, you are responsible for your own projects from start to finish. You play a key role as the link between the customer and the craftsmen on-site. You are responsible for planning, customer contact, follow-up, and ensuring that projects maintain high quality and service throughout the entire process.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is solution-oriented, and is passionate about helping customers realize their renovation dreams.

We are looking for someone who:

Has at least 5 years of experience in the construction and renovation industry
Has experience with ROT work (Repair, Move, Transform) and renovations for private customers
Is accustomed to handling customer contact and coordinating work on-site
Is responsible, structured, and service-oriented
Thrives in the role of a liaison between customers and craftsmen
Has a good sense of quality and customer service
Has a valid B-class driver's license
