We are growing rapidly and are looking for more employees to join our team responsible for packing and delivering meal boxes. The role is independent and involves significant personal responsibility for quality, efficiency, timing, and customer contact.

The work primarily consists of picking groceries and packing them into meal boxes. Therefore, it is important that you are both fast, efficient, and very meticulous. Experience from grocery retail or good knowledge of food and quality is a requirement. You must be able to assess the quality of fresh produce, fruits, and vegetables, such as choosing a good avocado, fresh ginger, or undamaged apples. You are responsible for meeting picking times, meeting deadlines, and ensuring that all goods maintain a high standard. If a product needs to be replaced, you will have direct contact with the customer via phone.

In addition to picking, you will also work with logistics and delivery, driving meal boxes to our pickup lockers around Linköping or directly to customers' homes. Therefore, good driving skills and a manual driver's license are required.

The position is a part-time employment with guaranteed 20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours. Exact days and times are planned continuously in consultation within the team, with the possibility of both fixed schedules and more flexible arrangements depending on the business's needs and what suits our staff best.
