RESPONSIBILITIES
As a warehouse worker focused on dispatch, you are responsible for the flow from the moment a machine is completed until it leaves the facility. Your tasks may include:
- Responsible for daily loading and unloading of goods using a forklift.
- Handling and warehousing of finished machines as well as demo and exchange machines.
- Preparing and administering correct transport documents for national and international shipments.
- Actively working in the business system Monitor for inventory balances and order management.
- Conducting ongoing inventories and maintaining good order in storage areas.
- Performing some final assembly and final checks on machines before delivery.
- Communicating with transport companies and drivers during pickup and delivery.
- Collaborating with internal employees to ensure correct prioritization of dispatches.
PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have substantial experience in warehouse work and who enjoy taking significant personal responsibility for your tasks. You have drive and commitment, enabling you to see what needs to be done and act accordingly without compromising on quality.
To succeed in this role, you must be flexible and able to adapt when priorities change in the business. You are meticulous in your documentation and understand the importance of accurate inventory balances.
We would appreciate it if you have:
- Forklift license and experience with forklift operation in warehouse and production environments.
- Experience working in the business system Monitor.
- ADR training.
- Overhead crane training.
- Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of English.
