RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you are responsible for welding according to technical drawings and instructions. You handle the entire production chain from material preparation to the finished product. The work may include the following:

• Material preparation through cutting, grinding, and straightening.
• Welding in materials such as steel, stainless steel, or aluminum.
• Post-processing, inspection of weld seams, and quality assurance.
• Troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of tools and machinery.
• Assisting colleagues to ensure good teamwork and optimal results.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have solid experience in welding within industry or workshops, with good knowledge of methods such as MIG/MAG and/or TIG. You should be able to read and work according to technical drawings and have experience working with different types of materials.

As a person, you are self-motivated, physically fit, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills. You take responsibility for your tasks, maintain high quality standards, and thrive in a team environment to achieve common goals.
