Your Responsibilities

The role involves primarily participating in the ongoing production work with plastic production injection molding machines and tools. Tool changes and related work with the machine's peripheral equipment will be the central part of the job, but optimization of setup times, product quality, production processes, and machine data, as well as ongoing and preventive maintenance, will also be included. Participation in the design and development of injection molding tools may also be relevant.

The role involves contributing to the development of yourself and our existing staff into tomorrow's setters and operators.

The applicant must be willing to work primarily on our evening shift, but other shifts may also occur.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a technical education at minimum upper secondary level and experience in production technology work. Education or experience in improvement work as well as programming of machines and robots is meritorious.

We place great emphasis on finding the right person with the right attitude. As a person, you are flexible, responsible, and engaged. The job requires that you have the ability to work independently, take initiative, and find solutions while also being able to collaborate well in a team. You are meticulous and good at planning and organizing your work. Furthermore, you have good technical competence, problem-solving skills, are ambitious, and care about doing a good job. Meticulousness, responsibility, and quality awareness are necessary to succeed in the role. You must have the ability to read and understand product drawings that guide quality assurance.

Forklift and/or overhead crane certificates are meritorious, as is computer proficiency in business systems.

Duration

Permanent full-time position starting immediately or by agreement.
