Your role at Nobia

As a Forklift Operator at Nobia, you have a central role in daily operations. You work close to production and are responsible for ensuring an efficient and smooth material flow.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Order picking
• Material handling and service to other departments
• Material replenishment in production
• Repackaging of materials
• Operating forklifts in various workflows

You work independently in your role and are expected to take initiative to drive the work forward. At the same time, you have many internal contact points, which requires good collaboration and professional interaction.

Your background

We are looking for you who are responsible, driven, and thrive in a role where you can combine structure with personal initiative.

We see that you have:

• Forklift license A1–A4 and B1–B2 (B6 is an advantage)
• Good computer skills
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

As a person, you are:

• Self-motivated and confident in making your own decisions
• Proactive and solution-oriented
• Social and team-oriented

Experience in similar work within warehousing or production is an advantage.
